Mr. Rakesh P R is an accomplished academic and researcher in the field of Mechanical Engineering with over a decade of experience in teaching and research. He holds a B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering, an M.E. in Thermal Engineering, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Thermal Management of Electric Vehicles using Hybrid Heat Sinks at NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad. He has 5 publications to his credit. Currently teaching courses such as Manufacturing Process, Disaster Management and Mechanical Engineering Lab in M.E. department.
He has actively contributed to academics and institutional development through multiple roles, including NAAC Criterion 5 Coordinator, and Department IQAC Coordinator. His areas of expertise include thermal systems, computational fluid dynamics, and electric vehicle battery cooling.
He has published several research papers in reputed journals, with recent works focusing on lean manufacturing, battery thermal management, hydrogen fuel systems, and simulation techniques for automotive applications.
An effective communicator and leader, Mr. Rakesh has also undergone professional training in ANSYS and CFD tools, and holds a commendable IELTS score, reflecting his global academic outlook.
