The UBA Cell and NSS Unit No. 311 of Ahalia School of Engineering & Technology (ASET), Palakkad, organised a Candlelight Tribute in remembrance of the Kargil War Heroes on 27 July 2026 at the NSS Room.
The programme was inaugurated by the Principal, Dr. P. R. Suresh, who paid tribute to the brave soldiers and highlighted the importance of patriotism, courage, and selfless service. Faculty members, NSS volunteers, UBA Cell members, and students participated in the event by lighting candles and observing a moment of silence to honour the martyrs.
The programme concluded with a renewed sense of patriotism and gratitude towards the Indian Armed Forces.
