A five-day Placement Training Programme was organized for the final year students from 15th to 19th September 2025. The objective of the training was to equip students with the necessary skills and confidence to face campus recruitment processes effectively.
The first two and a half days of the programme focused on interview preparation, resume sharpening, and group discussion sessions. Students were guided on how to present themselves professionally, articulate their thoughts clearly during interviews, and prepare impactful resumes that highlight their strengths and achievements.
The remaining two and a half days were dedicated to logical reasoning and aptitude training, where students were exposed to a variety of problem-solving techniques, quantitative aptitude exercises, and time management strategies. These sessions aimed to strengthen their analytical thinking and enhance their performance in the written and online assessments conducted by recruiting companies.
The training was attended by 58 students from all branches, who participated enthusiastically throughout the sessions. The programme proved to be highly beneficial, providing students with valuable insights and practical strategies to prepare for the upcoming placement drives.
Overall, the placement training served as a comprehensive preparatory initiative that boosted students’ readiness and confidence for their recruitment journey.
