The ASET NSS Unit 311 organized a Deadlift Competition on 18.09.2026 at Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology as part of the Anti-Drug Society initiative.
The competition included Men’s and Women’s Open/Raw categories, conducted according to different weight classes. Students actively participated in the event, demonstrating strength, discipline, and sportsmanship. Protein oats were provided as prizes to encourage healthy fitness practices.
The programme successfully promoted physical fitness, healthy lifestyle choices, and awareness against drug abuse among students.
