A guest lecture on Innovations in Engineering Projects was conducted by the Civil Engineering Association on 15-03-2016. The chief guest for the day was Dr. V. Vinod, Associate professor, NSS College of Engineering.
The Chief Guest delivered the guest lecture on innovations in engineering projects. The lecture highlighted the need for innovative thinking and creativity in Engineering. The speaker detailed about the different types of innovations and the various methods through which innovative thinking can be channelized in the Engineering field. Videos and images of various innovative products were also displayed. The chief guest also highlighted the importance of encouraging the creativity and innovative thinking of students.
The session was extremely fruitful, inspiring and beneficial encouraging the students to think creatively and bring out new discoveries in their fields.
