Seminar on Non-Destructive Testing

Non-destructive tests (NDT) are test methods which are used to examine the hardened concrete structure for their suitability for its intended use without interfering in any way with the integrity of the material or its suitability for service. The Civil Engineering Department organized a lecture on Non-Destructive Testing on 26-09-2017 by Dr. P Rama Mohan Rao Pannem, Associate Professor, Centre for Disaster Mitigation and Management, VIT University, Vellore, Tamilnadu. The lecture is for 3, 5 and 7^th semester students of Department of Civil Engineering. A total of 129 participants attended the event.
