The Annual NSS Residential camp was held from 01.02.2023 to 7.02.2023 at Elappully Panchayat
DAY 1
Registration of NSS camp “PADAVU 2023” started at Elappully panchayath at 4 PM on 01/02/2023. The Inauguration ceremony started at 5 PM with a Welcome Address by Shri. S. Sunil Kumar, Vice President, Elappully Grama Panchayat. The Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. P. R. Sreemahadevan Pillai , Principal – ASET & Director, Ahalia Group of Academic Institutions. Camp was officially inaugurated by Smt K. Revathi Babu, President – Elappully Gramapanchayat. Special wishes were delivered by Executive Standing Committee Chairpersons, Smt K. V. Punyakumari, Shri. Sharavana Kumar. K, Smt R. Rajakumari and Ward Members Shri. D Ramesh, Shri k. Appukuttan, Shri. Santhosh, Shri. Shashidharan and Smt. Bindu Valoor, Academic Outreach Manager, Ahalia Group. Inauguration ceremony ended with Vote of Thanks by Shri. Roshan Sanu (NSS Programme Officer, Ahalia School of Engineering & Technology. After the Inauguration session, an ice-breaking session was conducted for the camp participants, led by ASET NSS Alumni Sreelakshmi, Kiran and Nivedha. The programme ended by dividing the students into functional groups like food committee, programme committee etc. and by alloting the responsibilities. The dinner was served after the cultural activities at 8:30 pm.
NSS Camp report Day 2
Morning parade started at 6:30 am. It was organized by Roshan sir (NSS programme officer, Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology) and Bibin sir (Physical Education Director, Ahalia Group of Institutions). Some exercises were done and it ended at 7:00 am and breakfast was served at 7:30am. At 8:45 am, Shri Joy Varghese, State Coordinator of APJAKTUNSS Cell, and Shri Shyamprasad ,District Coordinator(Palakkad) of APJAKTUNSS Cell arrived and the morning assembly started. The message of the day was delivered by the State Coordinator, the morning assembly ended by 9:00 am. All of the volunteers then went to take the comprehensive survey and returned to the camp after the survey at 5:30 pm. At 7:30 pm, cultural activities were conducted. At 9 pm the dinner was served.
NSS Camp Report Day 3
The morning parade started at 6:30 am. It was organised by Roshan sir (NSS programme officer, Ahalia School of Engineering and TEchnology) and Bibin sir (Physical Education Director, Ahalia Group of Institutions). Some exercises were done and it ended at 7:00 am and breakfast was served at 7:30am. The morning assembly started at 8.30 am.NSS Song was sung by Amith, Anagha and Rishikesh. The Bible quote was read by Harish.The Quran quote was read by Fasil. The Geetha quote was read by Kiran. Message of the day was read by Namitha. The camp report was read by Amith Mathews. The camp paper was read by Sunil Suresh. The morning assembly ended by 9:00 am. Volunteers then went to take the comprehensive survey and returned to the camp after the survey at 5:30 pm. At 6:30 pm, an Adventure Training session was conducted, which was led by Sulfeekar Ali, Team Ignite, Calicut. It included firewalk and other activities. The program ended by 11:30 pm and the dinner was served.
NSS camp day 4 report
The morning assembly started at 8:30 am. NSS song was sung by Amith, Anagha, Rishikesh. The Bible quote was read by Anirudh. The Quran quote was read by Shanif. The Geetha quote was read by Arjun. Message of the day was read by Abhijith. The camp report was read by Namitha. The camp paper was read by Akash. The morning assembly ended by 9:00 am. Volunteers then went to take the comprehensive survey and returned to the camp after the survey at 5:00 pm. Students assembled at 5:30 pm for the orientation session on “APJAKTU RUDHIRA SENA” by NSS Volunteer Sreyas from GEC Thrissur (Rudhira Sena Regional Coordinator). Cultural programs started at 7.30 pm. At 9.00 pm the dinner was served.
NSS camp report day 5
The morning assembly started at 9:00am. It was organized by Mr. Roshan Sanu.Y (NSS Programme Officer, Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology). NSS Song was sung by Vydoorya, Anagha and Rishikesh. The Geetha quote was read by Amritha, The Bible quote was read by Shanif, Quran quote was read by Safna Nasrin. The camp report was read by Vishwetha. The camp paper was read by Jaseem & Bharath. The morning assembly ended at 9:30 am. After that, the volunteers went to take the comprehensive survey and returned to the camp after the survey at 5:00 pm. At 5:50 pm, students assembled the interactive session on Yoga led by Mr. Achuthanandhan and Mr.Jayaram. At 8:00 pm the dinner er was served by Ms.Soumya (Assistant Professor, Department of CSE). The cultural programs started at after dinner and ended at 9:30 pm
NSS Camp report day 6
The morning assembly started at 9:00 am. The morning assembly started at 9:00am. It was organised by Mr. Roshan Sanu.Y (NSS Programme Officer, ASET). The NSS song was sung by Rishikesh, Amith and Vydoorya. The Bible quote was read by Adhitya. The Quran quote was read by Ajay. The Gita quote was read by Adhityakiran. Message of the day was read by Manya Ravi. The camp report was read by Amritha. The camp paper was read by Sarath and Nihal. After that, the volunteers went to take the comprehensive survey and returned to the camp after the survey at 5:00 pm. Then the representatives from ASET visited the camp site. The volunteers assembled at 6:00 pm for the cake cutting ceremony arranged by the respected Principal, ASET. Dr. P.R Sreemahadevan Pillai (Principal, ASET and Director, Ahalia Group of Institutions), Mr. Sunilkumar (Vice President, Elappully Gramapanchayt) Dr.Sudhodhanan (State President of OISCA International), Ms. Bindu Valoor (Academics Ourtreach Manager, Ahalia Group of Institutions), Mr. Roshan Sanu (NSS PO, ASET) ,Mr. Bibin (Physicl Education Director, Ahalia Group of Institutions) and Ms.Chippy (Assistant Professor, Department of S&H) joined the ceremony. After the ceremony camp fire was lighted by Ms. Chippy. At 8:45 pm the dinner was served.
NSS Camp report day 7
The day started with the camp site cleaning. The morning assembly started at 10:00 am after the site cleaning as it is the last day of thge camp. NSS song was sung by Amith, Anagha and Rishikesh. The Bible quote was read by Vishnu. The Quran quote was read by Manya.The Gita quote was read by Harish. Message of the day was read by Ms. Chippy Binoy (AP/S&H, ASET). The camp report was read by Naeema. The camp paper was read by Arya. Everybody conveyed their feedback about the NSS camp. Roshan sir, Bibin Sir and Chippy Ma’am talked a few words about their experience in the camp. A group photo was taken and the camp was dispersed at 11:45 am with The National Anthem.
