The IEEE Student Branch in association with the IEEE Women in Engineering Student Branch Affinity Group of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology, Palakkad conducted an open-to-all event ARTOVID (bottle art competition) in the month of June/July. The last date for submission of entries was 12 July 2020. The theme for the competition was “Rebuild Kerala from Covid-19”. On 30 July 2020 the results were declared. There were five participants (all non-IEEE members). The judgement was done on the basis of creativeness and finishing of the work. The judges for the event were Dr. Krishna Kumar Kishor (Associate Professor ECE and IEEE SB Counsellor), Mrs. Sunitha (Assistant Professor S&H) and Mr. Arjun P. (final year student ECE department). The first position was bagged by Ms. Feba Moorthy. She was awarded with a cash prize of Rs. 500/- and an e-certificate. The session was coordinated by Ms. Anjana R. (1st year ECE), Ms. Arya R. Krishna (1st year ECE) and Ms. Priyanka K. (1st year ECE).
