The students of ASET conducted the ASET SOCCER LEAGUE SEASON- 4 (ASL) from 2022 December 15 at ASET Ground. The ASL Season 4 matches are coordinated by Mr. Bibin. B, Assistant Professor in Physical Education. 6 Teams have participated in this tournament; Gigachad FC, Heineken FC, Panda FC, Ocelot FC, Rogue FC, and Legends FC. The first round of the tournament was played in Round Robin Format. Team Panda FC was the league Topper with 11 Points. Semi-Finals and Finals were conducted in Knockout Format with Eliminator slots. Team Panda FC and Rogue FC are the finalists. The final Match was conducted on 16th February 2023 at ASET Football Ground at 3:15 PM. Principal Dr. P. R. Sreemahadevan Pillai inaugurated and witnessed the final match. Team Panda FC was the Winner and Team Rogue FC are the Runner Up of the tournament. Principal Dr. P.R. Sreemahadevan Pillai and Vice-Principal Dr. Krishna Kumar Kishore distributed the trophies to the winners on 17th February 2023 from ASET Center Courtyard at 12:30 PM. Balakrishnan from S8 ME was selected as the Top Scorer of the Tournament, Shihabudheen from S4 EEE was selected as the Best Striker, Jasim Akber from S6 CSE was selected as the Best Playmaker, Ramith from S2 ME was selected as the Best Defender, Shyam Shankar from S6 EEE selected as Best Goal Keeper, Suhail From S2 CSE selected as Emerging Player and Midhun from S4 EEE selected as Player of the Tournament. More than 80 students participated in the tournament. A great deal of enthusiasm and sportsmanship was seen in the students.
