The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized Association Day Celebration “ASTHRA 2K22” on National Technology Day (11.05.2022). The Inauguration Ceremony of the celebration was conducted at ASET Seminar Hall I. The programme started at 9:30 a.m. Ms. Drishya K, Student Representative of CSE Association delivered the Welcome Speech. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. P. R. Sremahadevan Pillai (Principal – ASET & Director – Ahalia Group of Institutions). Dr. Deepak Rajendraprasad (Asst. Professor, IIIT Palakkad) inaugurated the Association Celebration activities. Dr. S. Gunasekaran (HoD/CSE) and Dr. R.Sivakumar (Professor/CSE) felicitated the gathering. The inauguration ceremony concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mr. Akshay K.S. (Student Representatives). After that, final year CSE students organized various technical and non technical competitions for students of ASET. The major events were Technical Quiz, Debugging, UI/UX Design, Keyboard scrambling and Photography contest. The fun events conducted were gaming, dark room, talent hunt etc. The programme ended at 4:15 p.m. with prize distribution.
