On 2 October 2022 Students of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology along with ward members of the panchayat, Anganwadi staff and Asha workers joined forces to survey all the houses in the panchayat and to learn about the human resource, natural resource, water resource and other resources available in the panchayat. All the houses and institutions of Elapully Grama Panchayat are marked on google map. Mr. V. K. Sreekandan (M. P.) inaugurated the function. Mrs. Revathi Babu (Panchayat President) presided over the function and Mr. Sunil Kumar (Panchayat Vice President) gave the welcome speech. Dr P. R. Sreemahadevan Pillai (Principal ASET) delivered the keynote address. Dr. Suddhodanan and Ms. Bindu Valoor delivered the introductory lecture. Panchayat representatives D. Ramesh, Appukuttan, Girish Babu, Anita, Satish Kumar, Sumathi, Saroja and Haridasan participated and spoke. Mr. Roshan Sanu (Assistant Professor and NSS Program Office of ASET) proposed the vote of thanks.
