The celebration began by garlanding the photo of Sir M. Visvesvaraya by Dr. P. R. Sreemahadevan Pillai, Principal, Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology and he offered the presidential address thereafter. The Chief Guest, Er. Krishnakumar R., EE, KSEB, gave the Engineers Day address. He mentioned that every engineer must foster integrity, presence of mind, quick decision-making skills, and time management. These are essential traits to being a successful & purposeful engineer. The representatives of the Licensed Engineers and Supervisors Federation (LENSFED) honored the Principal, Dr. P. R. Sreemahadevan Pillai for his valuable contributions to the engineering profession. The welcome address was offered by Ms. Lafa Shibin and Ms. Prajitha K. Jayan proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Nija A. S. hosted the program.
