From December 13–17, 2024, Insight Job Guru, led by CEO Mr. Renjith Keshav, conducted a placement training program for first-year engineering students. The sessions, tailored for Computer Science students on December 13–14 and other branches on December 16–17, focused on goal setting, motivation, personal development, exam preparation, and career planning.
The program included interactive sessions, motivational talks, and management games to help students identify strengths, overcome weaknesses, and develop a growth mindset. Goal-setting techniques and motivational strategies were shared by Mr. Keshav, alongside practical exam preparation tips, including time management and tackling exam questions effectively.
Students also explored career opportunities in engineering, learning to align academic goals with future aspirations. The management games encouraged active participation, fostering teamwork and self-reflection.
Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. Students reported improved goal-setting skills, increased motivation, and a stronger understanding of exam strategies. The program’s practical and interactive approach resonated deeply, boosting confidence and clarity for their academic and career journeys.
This training laid a strong foundation for students, equipping them with essential tools to navigate their first year successfully and prepare for future challenges.
