ASET IEDC conducted a workshop on ‘Arduino and Python GUI Interface’ on 17th March 2023 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Abhinav Rajeev, a junior research scholar in the IIT Palakkad Electrical Department. He has been the resource person for 50+ technical sessions all over Kerala. A total of 60 Participants were present for the Workshop. The participants were split into 12 groups of 5 each. In the first session, the resource person shared life lessons from his own experience to inspire the participants. Then the arduino boards were distributed among the groups and the resource person familiarised the participants with the basics of the arduino board. The participants tried simple programs to get a grasp in programming. The first session ended at 1:00 p.m. and the participants were given a break. The next session commenced at 2:00 p.m. The participants were provided with different sensors. They practiced the integration of Python into Arduino boards.
