On the 8th of February 2024, the executive members of the IEEE student branch at the Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology (ASET) held a meeting to discuss upcoming events and to strengthen their professional network. The attendees engaged in a productive discussion to ensure that the upcoming events were executed seamlessly. The meeting served as an opportunity for the members to establish a sense of mutual understanding and respect. This report aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the meeting proceedings , discussions, decisions and the subsequent establishment of the IEEE execom at ASET.
