The Association Day of Department of ECE was held on 3 June 2022 at Seminar Hall 1 of ASET. The function started with a prayer by Megha J. Das and Sneha Raghunath, students of S8 ECE. Arya R. Krishna of S6 ECE welcomed everyone to the function. Dr. P. R. Sreemahadevan Pillai, Principal, ASET, while delivering the Presidential Address gave an insight about the relevance of Electronics and Communication in current scenario and the need for focused attention in education to move towards success. Mr. Karunasagaran, Project Manager, ITI Ltd., Kanjikode inaugurated the function and gave a vital talk on various areas of research, job opportunities and challenges in electronics field. The Association Day was honoured by the esteemed presence of Dr. Krishna Kumar Kishor (Vice Principal) and Dr. Balamurugan (Head of the Department). Mr. Abhinav R., JRF, IIT Palakkad conducted a workshop on “Basics of Raspberry Pi”. He explained various challenges and experiences related to the topic. The function ended with the vote of thanks by Sneha Raghunath, S8 ECE.
