The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), in association with NSS, conducted an Innovation Day debate programme on 15 October 2026 in connection with the birth anniversary of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam.
The debate was held on the topic “ Innovative Classrooms: Are Mobile Phones an Essential Part? ” at Visvesvaraya Hall from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM. The programme aimed to encourage critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, and awareness of the role of technology in modern education.
