Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology signed a MoU with CAD CENTER, Palakkad branch the leading Autodesk Authorised Training Centre and Autodesk Academic Adoption Partner on 10 January 2022. Autodesk has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) – a statutory body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development in presence of Mr. Kapil Sibal, the then HRD Minister. The MOU formalizes collaboration between Autodesk and AICTE in providing free educational software to institutions accredited to AICTE (University, Engineering Colleges & Polytechnic Colleges) for classroom and lab use. This joint effort between Autodesk and the AICTE will focus on putting industry leading Autodesk design software into the hands of institutions, students and faculty across India’s 4,738 technical educational institutions absolutely free of cost. They will be equipped with the same tools used by professionals around the world.
