Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology signed a MoU with Kanjikode Industries Forum. This provided an opportunity for students to visit and do internships in institutions in the Kanjikode industrial area. Through this MoU, Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology will also provide technical assistance to business in the Kanjikode region. The event also marked the launch of Vistech, a startup venture of the College’s Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department. Mr. Pratheesh V., President, Palakkad Management Association addressed the function held at Ahalia Campus. The startup company was inaugurated and spoke. Mr. Kiran Kumar, Secretary, Kanjikode Industries Forum, inaugurated the “Automatic Sanitizer Dispenser” product of the startup company. Dr. P.R. Sreemahadevan Pillai, Principal, Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology presided over the function. Representatives of Kanjikode Industries Forum Shri. Shabeer K, Director, Steelmax India, Mohammad Asif, Managing Director, Plastbee Polymers, Vasu Vennukkaran, Managing Director, Metrolight Roofing Pvt. Bindu Valoor, Academic Outreach Manager, welcomed the audience and Dr. G. Murugananth, Head, Electrical Department, proposed the Vote of thanks.
