Ahalia school of Engineering & Technology celebrated National Energy Conservation Day 2023 on Dec 14 th. The program was organized by the ASET Green9 Ensav club under the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering in association
with NSS ASET chapter & ISTE Ahalia Palakkad chapter. The program was inaugurated by Smt.Padmini, District Panchayath member and presided over by Dr. G Muruganath, Professor & Head, Dept of EEE. Smt.Padmini talked about the importance of Energy conservation and about the best practices to be followed in our day to day life. An Energy conservation oath was taken by the participants led by Ms. Akshaya ,S3 Civil Engineering student .Mr.Niyas ,Managing director of TESD and resource person of Energy management centre ,Trivandrum delivered a workshop on Smart Energy conservation methods and Emerging trends in E-Vehicles. The program concluded with the vote of thanks by Ms. Chaitra ,S3 ECE student.
