The IEEE Student Branch, IEEE Robotics and Automation Society SBC, IEEE Women In Engineering AG and IEEE ComSoc Society SBC of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology Palakkad organized a session on ‘STRESS MANAGEMENT’ on 14 July 2022. The session was handled by by Miss Rincy M, Counselling Psychologist, Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology. The session was attended by 102 participants (9 IEEE members, 93 Non-IEEE members).
The counselor elaborated about the learning stress management skills and applying them to everyday life helps a student take control of his or her life. Also provided the solution-oriented approach helps in overcoming problems and living a better life. This also will helps students find their way through challenging and stressful
situations. This session was coordinated by Mr. Vishnu Venugopalan (S4 ECE) and Mr. Anuchand (S4 ECE).
