A Three-Day Teachers’ Training Workshop was successfully organized from 07 May 2026 to 09 May 2026, with the objective of empowering teachers through professional development, personal growth, and interactive learning experiences. The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from teachers, who actively engaged in every session and activity conducted over the three days.

The programme commenced on 07 May 2026 with the inaugural session, setting a positive tone for the workshop. The sessions focused on key aspects such as Ground Rules, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Image, Self-Awareness, Growth Mindset, The Power of Manifestation, Alpha Meditation, Trust and Rapport Building, Flexibility & Adaptability, and Leadership. The activities were thoughtfully designed to encourage self-reflection, participation, and collaborative learning. Teachers found these sessions insightful and motivating, helping them identify areas for personal and professional enhancement.

On 08 May 2026, the workshop continued with engaging sessions on The Art of Effective Communication, Posture & Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Enhancing Personality & Influence Quotient, Empathetic Approach, VAK Analysis, 4E Combo for an Effective Teacher, Mentoring Skills, Energy Management Tools, and Team Dynamics. The sessions included interactive exercises and practical demonstrations that encouraged teachers to actively participate, communicate, and collaborate effectively. The day was marked by enthusiasm, energy, and positive interaction among participants.

The final day, 09 May 2026, focused on Bigger Picture Thinking, Proactive Attitude, Problem Solving & Creativity, Goal Pursuit, Effective Time Management, Prioritization, and Confidence Building Tools. These sessions were particularly impactful as they inspired teachers to rethink their approach towards teaching, classroom management, and personal growth. The activities conducted helped participants practically understand and internalize the concepts discussed.

The workshop concluded with the Valedictory Function, followed by certificate distribution to all participants. The concluding session reflected the success of the programme, with participants sharing their positive experiences and valuable feedback.
