On 29 April 2020, MHRD’s Innovation Cell conducted a webinar on ‘Role and Importance of Pre-Incubators, Incubators and Accelerators in HEIs – Harnesing Innovation and Entrepreneurial Potential of Students and Faculties at Early Stage’ by Dr. Muthu Singaram, CEO, IIT Madras HTIC incubator. He explained in detail about the incubation support provided by the government agencies to the Higher Education institutes.
