Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology organized a half day workshop on Intellectual Property Rights and Patent Filing on 14th December 2022. The workshop mainly focused on giving broad picture on IPR, the types and its use in patent filing. The workshop helped students to understand more about the patent filing procedure of unique ideas generated through startups and different laws pertaining to IPR in our country. An awareness quiz and online demo of patent filing procedure was also conducted as a part of the workshop. In total, 47 students were participated in the workshop.
