A Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meeting of the S3 Mechanical Engineering students of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology was conducted on 26 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Room No. 217. The meeting was organized to facilitate effective interaction between the parents, teachers, and academic authorities regarding the academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall development of the students.
The meeting was attended and addressed by the following members:

The meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. with a welcome to the parents and faculty members. The dignitaries and faculty members addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of regular attendance, academic performance, discipline, and active participation in academic and co-curricular activities.
The Head of the Department, Dr. Bhavin K. Bharath, addressed the parents and discussed matters related to the overall academic functioning of the department. The importance of maintaining good academic standards and ensuring the active involvement of students in their studies was emphasized.
The Academic Dean, Dr. Rajeev N., addressed the gathering and highlighted the significance of academic discipline, regular attendance, responsible student behaviour, and the cooperation of parents in supporting the students’ educational progress.
The Class Advisor, Mr. Rakesh P. R., provided relevant information regarding the academic progress of the students and discussed matters concerning attendance, internal assessment, classroom participation, and general student performance. The faculty members also interacted with the parents and shared observations regarding the students’ academic and overall development.
The meeting provided an opportunity for parents to interact directly with the academic authorities and faculty members, clarify their concerns, and receive feedback regarding the progress of their wards. The importance of continuous communication and cooperation between parents and teachers was emphasized for the effective development of the students.
The discussions were constructive and helped strengthen the coordination between the institution and the parents. The faculty members expressed their willingness to provide the necessary academic guidance and support to the students, while the parents were encouraged to continue monitoring and supporting their wards’ academic activities.
The PTA meeting concluded at 11:30 a.m. with a vote of thanks to all the parents, faculty members, and academic authorities for their active participation and cooperation.
