The IEEE Student Branch Chapter of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology (ASET), Palakkad organized a drawing competition in the month of February 2020. The theme for the competition was “Nostalgia (Capturing beautiful moments of life)”. Undergraduate students from any field of study were eligible to submit their drawings. There were eleven entries from various institutions in Kerala, and all drawings were posted on the official Instagram page of the Student Brach. After a week-long voting period done online, the winners are Ms. Namitha N. (3rd year Electrical and Electronics Engineering) and Ms. Asiya V. M. (3rd year Civil Engineering) of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology, Palakkad.
Guidelines:
- Theme: Nostalgia (Capturing beautiful moments of life)
- Undergraduate students who are pursuing any degree can participate
- Only hand drawings are acceptable.
- The drawings / paintings using any medium (e.g. pencil, crayon, water color, oil painting) are acceptable.
- The drawing must be A4 size
- Participants must email a scanned copy / photo of the drawing in .jpg format (minimum resolution: 300 dpi) to the following email id: aset.ieee@ahalia.ac.in
- Please include the following information in the email:
- Name
- Pursuing Degree
- Year of Study
- Name of the Institution
- Contact number
- There is no registration fees.
- Last date of submission: 20/02/2020 (midnight)
- All drawings will be posted on the Instagram page of the IEEE Student Branch of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology, Palakkad (www.instagram.com/ieee_ahalia) on 21 February 2020.
- Voting period: 21 Feb. 2020 to 28 Feb. 2020
- Results will be announced on 29 Feb. 2020
- The two drawings with the most number of likes on the Instagram page will be considered the winners
- Winners will be awarded with surprise gifts
