The Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engineering and the IEEE Student Branch Chapter of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology (ASET), Palakkad organized a two-hour session “How To Write a Resume” at Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology on 19 February 2020. This was attended by 69 students of third year ECE, EEE and fourth year ECE, EEE. The resource person was Dr. Krishna Kumar Kishor, Associate Professor, Dept. of ECE, Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology. The session covered topics such as the purpose of the resume, common mistakes to avoid when making a resume and the various content that can be placed in a resume. Examples of some resumes were also shown. The session was highly relevant and appreciated by the students and it prepared them to make a resume catered to the needs of the job or internship.
