Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology has conducted a Faculty Development Program Series and as part of that VIVEK V S, Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, ASET has handled a session on “Advanced Software Used in Civil Engineering” on 13-09-2021, Monday. There are a total of 56 number of participants attended this session. Due to technological advancement, the amount of software serving Civil Engineering and design needs increases tremendously. The session was about civil engineering software that many civil engineers exorbitantly use worldwide. Discussed various software such as Primavera, StaadPro, Autocad 2D & 3D, Autocad Revit, 3Dsmax, Etabs, SketchUp, etc..
