In the fast-evolving landscape of technology, the Internet of Things has emerged as a transformative force across various field. Recognizing the significance of these advancements, a one day National Seminar was conducted on the topic “IoT in Medical Applications” in association with IETE Palakkad Centre and Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, ASET on 25th October 2024.
Seminar was inaugurated by Dr.P R Suresh, Principal ASET. He also emphasized the importance of IoT in modern era. Dr. G. Murugananth, Professor & Head of the EEE Department, presided the function. Dr. C. Pradip, Professor, EEE Department welcomed and Dr. Leena N Nair Secretary, IETE Palakkad Centre felicitated the gathering. Ms. Sowmya S, AP/EEE gave a brief introduction about the program and Ms. Lakshmi Suresh, AP, EEE proposed the vote of thanks.

Participants from external colleges, faculty members, staff and students of EEE department attended the program.
