On 22 August 2023, 126 students and 7 teachers of Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, St. Mary’s Polytechnic College, Vadakkenchery visited Ahalia Campus as a part of their industry visit. They were briefed about the technical aspects of solar and wind power plants by Prof. Subin Chacko, Faculty, Dept. of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology (ASET). ASET alumni, who are now engineers at Ahalia Alternate Energy Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Rajesh, Mr. Asun, Mr. Jamsheer, Mr. Pramod and Mr. Rashik explained the operations of solar and wind power plants. Ms. Bindu Valoor, Manager, Academics Outreach and Mr. Shafeek, PRO, ASET facilitated the industry visit.
