It was decided to collect information with the help of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology to plan innovative projects for the overall development of Elapully Gram Panchayat. Resource potential, health statistics, educational attainment, employment opportunities, agricultural production, and backward colonies of the panchayat are covered in this study. A discussion regarding this was held in the Panchayat Community Hall with the members of the Panchayat, representatives of Ahalia Engineering College, members of the Development Committee, and invited experts. Questionnaires to conduct a detailed study and project reports to be submitted to the Central and Kerala Governments were discussed. Panchayat President Mrs. Revathi Babu inaugurated the meeting.
