364 students of class 7 & 8 and 12 teachers of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kanjikode visited Ahalia Campus as a part of their academic pursuit of Sustainable Development on 15 & 17 November 2023.The students were briefed about THE LEGACY OF AHALIA CAMPUS by Dr. P. R. Sreemahadevan Pillai, Director, Ahalia Group Academic Institutions. He clarified the queries of students on sustainability with examples from the Ahalia campus.They witnessed the remarkable initiatives of Green Ahalia.Dr. K. Haridasan addressed the students on the necessity of conserving plants. The Green Ahalia team consisting of Ms. Aiswarya, Mr. Sabik, Mr. Shaibu and Mr. Midhun gave a guided tour of the theme gardens.Mr. Devidas Varma took the visitors around the Ahalia Heritage Village explaining the forte of each exhibit.Mr. Sadanand Yadav, Vice Principal and teachers of KV Kanjikode expressed gratitude towards the Ahalia team for extending such warm support in making their visit a memorable one.The visit was coordinated by Mr. Shumz, teacher, KV Kanjikode and Ms. Bindu Valoor, Manager Academics Outreach, Ahalia Group.
