As per the recommendation by AICTE, Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology organized a three-day workshop on stress management under Heartfulness Meditation. The workshop was inaugurated by Er. Somakumar, Industrialist, Former Zonal in-charge, Heartfulness, Kerala & Tamil Nadu. Principal, Dr. P. R. Sreemahadevan Pillai presided over the event. Dr. D. S. Harish Ram, Certified Preceptor, Heartfulness, expressed the gratitude and Smt. Bindu Valoor, Manager Academics Outreach welcomed the participants. After the inaugural ceremony, Heartfulness Relaxation and
Heartfulness Meditation were practised.
