A session on “From Circuits to Careers : Exploring Opportunities in Electronics and Embedded Systems” on 25th October 2024, organized by the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology in association with the IEEE Student Branch of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology. Mr. Nobi Sebastian from CYRUSTECH INNOVATION Pvt Ltd, Vaikom, Kerala was the Chief Guest and resource person for the session for the 5th semester ECE students. Session started with prayer by Ms. Akshaya Sree P S and Ms. Gowthami of S5 ECE students at the VLSI lab. An inaugural speech was delivered by Dr. V Balamurugan, Head of the department and in his speech, he asked the students to utilize the opportunity. The Chief Guest addressed the students and pointed the high demand for skills, diverse career paths, innovative work environment, hands on experience, interdisciplinary collaboration, strong contributions, these aspects of embedded technology and circuits were discussed in the session. From the session students get an opportunity to understand the various job opportunities available in embedded systems. Mr. Abhishek K V student of S5 ECE gave the feedback about the session. Ms. Gayathri P S Asst. Prof of the Department of ECE gave a vote of thanks to the session. The session was very helpful for the students for their placement activities in the core field of Electronics.
